Regarding this point, when selecting, you can take the pearls to a place without strong light and see the reflection of a person's face on the pearls. The stronger the gloss, the clearer it is for people to see.
3. From the shape selection, the closer to a perfect circle, the better. But some special shapes can be used as special designs, and the price is not cheap.
4. Choose from the flaws. The fewer flaws on the surface of the pearl, the better. However, there is no pearl without flaws. As long as it does not affect the wear, minor flaws are acceptable.
5. Choose from the size. You should know that Akoya pearls are not large in themselves. The size of the output is generally between 6 and 9 mm. Those above 10 mm are very rare. Naturally, the larger the size, the more precious it is.
6. Choose from the color. Currently, white is the highest grade among Akoya pearls. Among them, the white with a light pink hue is the top grade.
7. Akoya pearls are usually optimized. For example: bleaching, polishing, etc. Sometimes, white pearls are color-adjusted or gloss-optimized. Some are even dyed and irradiated.
